At Shine Your Life, we want you to love every purchase. Please review our policy below to understand how returns and refunds are handled for your orders.
Apparel & Handbags – Free Returns (Except Final Sale Items)
- We offer free returns for apparel and handbags, except items identified as Final Sale.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your merchandise.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a free UPS prepaid shipping label.
- Simply print the label, attach it securely to any box or package, and send your items back to us.
- You have 20 days from the date you receive your return label to ship the items back for a full refund on clothing/ handbags. Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Free return labels are available for items shipped within the 48 continental United States only.

- Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale Items
All hair care, skin care, and cosmetics are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Apparel and Handbags are free return, except for final sale items.
Certain apparel, handbags, hair care, skincare, and cosmetic products are identified as Final Sale to maintain hygiene, product safety, and quality standards. Additionally, some items are often limited edition or offered at special prices, so they can’t be returned or exchanged.
Final Sale items help us maintain product safety, quality integrity, and sustainability while bringing you exclusive styles and beauty at the best possible value.

Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged (e.g., cracked, broken), please contact us via our live chat or email us within 3 days of delivery at info@shineyourlife.co with:
- Your order details
- Clear photos or video evidence of the damage
If the box or packaging is damaged, please send us photos or video before opening it so we can assess your claim fairly. We’re committed to finding the best solution for each situation.
Please note:
- We package all items as securely as possible, but minimal dents or scuffing can sometimes occur during shipping.
- It’s normal for palettes to have some dusting around the outside of the pans—this is not considered damage.
