  • Delivery Time: Estimated 5–10 days, depending on your location.

💄 Cosmetics & Skin Care

  • Fulfillment Time: 5–9 business days
  • Shipping Time: 3–5 days

💆 Hair Care Products

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Shipping Time: 3–5 days (standard ground shipping)

Note: While we strive to meet the timelines above, processing and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.


2. Shipping Rates and Options

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping service

3. Domestic Shipping (US Only)

We currently ship to all 48 continental U.S. states.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer or have limited service options.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.


5. Delivery Issue

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with your local carrier or neighbors.
